Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be applicable on all products unless specifically mentioned as "Free Shipping". 

The following factors will determine the shipping charges.

• The shipping charges will vary from one delivery partner to another.

• Shipping speed chosen at the time of purchase will determine the price variations as delivery partners have different fare slabs for different shipping speed. 

• The destination PIN CODE for the delivery will also determine the price of the shipping.

• The dimensions, weight and volume of the product ordered will also be determined in calculating the shipping charges.

• The shipping charges will be collected by us in advance along with the product price.

Shipping and Tracking

• Once we've shipped the product, we shall share the tracking code with you.

• Delivery date and time is complete out of our control and it is up to the delivery partner's service delivery.

• We send the products with the best possible packaging, and if the product is mishandled by the delivery partner, that responsibility won't be with us. And so for a damaged product during delivery, any refund won't be offered. 

• If the product is misplaced or lost by the delivery partner, that won't be our responsibility.

• Once the product is shipped from our premises (demarcation point exit for us), then your product's liability is yours and any misshaping with your product during the courier transit falls under your responsibility.
